Make the table of contents hierarchical based on heading tag value. make it like second image. add indentation for succeeding heading weights. that would make TOC look great

Sites like techmedok.com requires custom categorizing options. Please give Options for custom Categories. Ik this is for future suggestion algorithm for users. So that, use AI to predict the category within your category set to implement your algorithm (if in case)
